What you can expect:
Each session lasts a minimum of 60 minutes, and we can go up to 90 minutes if you like at no extra cost.
I will design a fitness plan that fits your needs based on your motivation and fitness level.
I will be supportive and highly encouraging as your fitness coach and you can expect serious improvements toward your health & fitness goals.
As your personal trainer & health coach I will be very engaged and your biggest cheerleader in getting to those goals.
All sessions will usually be in person, I work with clients at Planet Fitness in Great Falls or Helena or I can come to your home.
I will provide you with the option of just personal training or nutrition counseling and personal training with follow-up meetings in person or on zoom.
I can accept payment in cash, check or credit card.
I require you to sign up for a minimum of 6 sessions, however, if after any session you decide this is not for you, I will refund your payment for any unused sessions.
I will be your advisor, coach and motivator 24/7. You can call me anytime for help, advice or motivation.
I have a number of training plans, or we can develop one just for you.
Below is the per session cost, however, if you sign up for the 90-day training plan we will credit you with a 20% discount.
Plan 90-day
3 workouts a week for a total of 36 workouts $1,800, with 20% discount $1,440.
After 90 days weekly follow-up with zoom or phone call. $100 per/mo
Plan 60-day:
3 workouts a week for a total of 24 workouts. $1,200 with a 15% discount $1,020.
After 60 days I do a weekly follow-up with zoom or phone call. $100. Per/mo
Plan 3: 30-day:
3 workouts per week for a total of 12 workouts. $600. $540. With 10% discount
After 30 days, I do a weekly zoom or phone call follow up. $100 per/mo
Or we can just do it per/workout at $50 per workout.
All money paid is refunded on pro-rated basis. If you decide this is not for you I will refund all used money.
